The Iota Nus

March 2020

Thank you for staying connected with the Iota Nu chapter of Delta Sigma Pi by subscribing to our monthly newsletter! Please feel free to forward this email to anyone else who would like to remain updated with our chapter.

Last weekend, five collegiate brothers and two Iota Nu alumni attended LEAD in Iowa City. At the conference, brothers learned more about the new pledge program, professional speaking tips and tricks, the difference between a manager and a leader, and much more! From left to right: Joe Shaver (IN 1241), Amber Smith (IN 1353), Caleb Bruemmer (IN 1429), Aren Buresh (IN 1358), Kayla Decker (IN 1393), Matthew Kaiser (IN 1412), and Jessica Riegel (IN 1426)

Collegiate Brother Spotlight

Caleb Bruemmer (IN 1429) is a junior Accounting and Management double major from Jefferson City, MO. Caleb is our current VP of Scholarship and Awards and is also involved in the Student Center for the Public Trust and First Gen United on campus. He serves as a Student Advisor in Ryle Hall, and after graduation, he hopes to pursue a career in public accounting and find a way to combine his career with his passion for traveling. Caleb studied abroad last May and visited Croatia, Slovenia, and Italy. He enjoyed exploring the world, developing close friendships, and making unforgettable memories. He'll never forget lounging on the beach of Hvar Island, navigating the streets of Ljubljana, and crossing the canals of Venice. We're happy to call Caleb a brother!

Intramural Champions

Congratulations to our intramural basketball team on their championship win!

Brotherhood Events

Brothers had the opportunity to attend multiple brotherhood events over the past month--Valentine's Day cookie decorating, dinner in the SUB, and dollar bowling.

Chiefs Kingdom

Brothers showed their support for the Kansas City Chiefs the day after their historic Super Bowl win by wearing red, yellow, and white professional dress. Go Chiefs!
