The Iota Nus

December 2019

Thank you for staying connected with the Iota Nu chapter of Delta Sigma Pi by subscribing to our monthly newsletter! Please feel free to forward this email to anyone else who would like to remain updated with our chapter.

On November 16th, we welcomed 9 new brothers to our chapter. We had a wonderful day celebrating with them!

Collegiate Brother Spotlight

MacKenzie Kellogg (IN 1414) is a senior Marketing major and Photography minor from New Baden, IL. Kenzie is the current Historian of DSP and previously served as the Special Events Coordinator. In addition to DSP, Kenzie is the Risk Manager for Community of College Entrepreneurs. After graduation, she plans to obtain Master's degrees in both art and business. Eventually, she hopes to own and operate her own photography studio. Kenzie enjoys hiking with her fiancé at Thousand Hills, going to Dukum Inn on Thursday nights, and creating all types of art. She's currently working on writing and illustrating a children's book! We are happy to have Kenzie in our chapter!

Professional Speaker

Brother Aren Buresh (IN 1358) helped organize a professional event to bring Erin Lowery, creator of the Broke Millenial, to campus. Erin taught students across campus how to get their financial lives together both now and in the future.

D-S-YeeHaw!

On November 9th, brothers attended the fall dance at Dukum Inn. There was lots of line dancing and country music!

Thanksgiving Potluck

Before break, brothers celebrated the holiday season with a Thanksgiving potluck.

FanTAXtic Case Regional Competition

Congratulations to brothers AJ Clever (IN 1422), Emily Buerck (IN 1407), and Amanda Kapp (IN 1413) for representing Truman in the FanTAXtic Case Regional Competition in Chicago. They placed in the top of their region and will compete against 8 other teams in the national case competition in January.
